The Team
As a school administrator, I believe teaching requires patience, passion, and dedication. I’ve seen how teachers profoundly impact students, building relationships and creating a sense of belonging. My role is to support teachers with the resources and guidance they need to succeed, ensuring every learner’s needs are met. My goal is to foster an environment that inspires students to be curious, compassionate, and engaged members of society.
“Play with Purpose, Grow with Joy!” As a sports coordinator, I aim to create moments that build confidence, character, and community. My philosophy is rooted in fun, inclusivity, and the belief that every child can find joy in being active, regardless of ability or experience. Sports should celebrate effort over outcome, teaching teamwork, resilience, and encouragement. Through playful challenges and imaginative games, I strive to create a safe space where children feel free to try, learn, and grow. I champion a “Sport for All” approach—making every sporting experience exciting, welcoming, and filled with smiles, helping children grow into happy, healthy, resilient humans.

Working at Creative Academy has been one of the best experiences of my career. I feel grateful to be part of a place that values creativity, innovation, and growth. The vibrant environment and passionate people inspire me daily. What I enjoy most is contributing to a space where both students and staff thrive. Every task, big or small, supports growth, learning, and happiness. I value hard work, respect, and dedication, and I strive to be reliable and consistent—not just for the place, but for the people who depend on it. Though my role is often behind the scenes, it is an important part of ensuring the whole environment thrives.
I am a General Assistant, where I assist in the kitchen and help maintain the classrooms every day. I take pride in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, knowing that a pleasant space makes learning and working more enjoyable for everyone. Being able to contribute in this way gives me a sense of purpose and satisfaction, as I support both students and staff in their daily routines.
Since joining Creative Academy, I have grown personally and professionally. Working with young children has deepened my appreciation for the role education plays in shaping their future. I believe every child can learn and flourish with patience, guidance, and encouragement. Teaching is not just about knowledge, but also about building confidence, character, and a love of learning in a safe, supportive environment. Guided by kindness, respect, responsibility, and inclusion, I help children discover their strengths, work together, and develop resilience, empathy, and a sense of purpose.
My calling in teaching is to love God’s children, nurture young minds, and consistently be present for them. I believe values like awareness, focus, creativity, integrity, perseverance, and service guide learners toward their future. I see my role as a companion on their journey—helping them discover their God-given potential and achieve success through their own efforts. I live by the motto: “Every child deserves a champion” and strive to always do what matters most—to honour Jesus.
I believe every child has unique potential waiting to be nurtured. By respecting diverse learning styles, I create an inclusive, supportive environment where children feel seen, heard, and valued. Teaching goes beyond the classroom—my students are part of my extended family. I celebrate every achievement, big or small, and find joy in witnessing their growth and milestones. My philosophy is rooted in discovery, growth, and connection, walking alongside each child and supporting their journey every step of the way.

I strive to be a beacon of hope and inspiration, making lessons fun, engaging, and meaningful. I aim to be more than a transmitter of knowledge—a source of support, creativity, and encouragement—leaving a lasting impact on my students’ hearts and minds, helping shape the people they will become.
I believe teaching is about more than academics — it’s about equipping learners with the skills, confidence, and character to thrive beyond the classroom. I create a safe, nurturing environment where every child feels valued, respected, and capable of success. Through hands-on, engaging methods like songs, rhymes, and movement, I meet learners where they are and inspire curiosity, joy, and growth. My goal is to foster kindness, resilience, and a love for learning — leaving a little sparkle wherever I go.
As an assistant teacher, I believe every child deserves to feel supported, encouraged, and seen. My role goes beyond lessons—it's about creating a safe space where students can grow, take risks, and be themselves. I’m inspired by the small moments of learning and kindness that show the true impact of education. By working with teachers, students, and families, I aim to help each child feel they belong and that their voice matters. For me, education is about building confidence, connection, and growth.
My teaching philosophy is shaped by my own difficult childhood and the teachers who, by God’s grace, made school a safe and joyful place for me. Their love and care inspired me to become the same light for others. I believe art is more than a subject — it’s a divine gift that brings healing, expression, and joy. Through creativity, I aim to give learners a sense of belonging, hope, and a space to discover peace and possibility. My mission is simple: to make a difference, one heart at a time.
As an empathetic teacher, I strive to build real connections where every child feels seen, heard, and valued. For me, teaching goes beyond content — it’s about nurturing curiosity, joy, and confidence in learning. I bring creativity, humour, and flexibility into my lessons, making subjects like Afrikaans feel like an exciting journey. I know that sometimes learners need more than a lesson — they need a listener, a safe space, or simply someone who believes in them. I may not be perfect, but each day I show up with the goal of being what my learners need: a guide, a motivator, and someone who truly cares. Teaching is my passion, and I aim to make a difference one child at a time.
I see teaching as more than sharing knowledge — it’s about sparking curiosity and helping children discover their strengths. Inspired by Einstein’s words, I believe every child learns differently and thrives when their individuality is recognised. In my classroom, I balance structure with creativity, placing literacy at the heart of learning while weaving in music, performance, and collaboration. Above all, my philosophy is to nurture each child’s unique potential and inspire them to believe they can achieve something extraordinary.
I believe a teacher is like a potter, shaping students’ minds to prepare them for the future. Teaching is a calling that requires commitment, effort, and integrity. I value a classroom where every learner is seen, respected, and supported, embracing differences while maintaining high expectations. My goal is to equip students with knowledge, skills, confidence, and resilience, empowering them to succeed beyond the classroom.
