Creative Academy’s mission is to be innovative leaders in pre-school education. This will be achieved by:

Focusing on the child as an individual, moulding well rounded, confident children who will be able to face the future with their heads held high.
Creating opportunities to embrace and experience cultural, social and developmental differences, encouraging respect and tolerance for all. Allowing children to be children and learn through sensory exploration, discovery and participation.
Creating a safe and secure environment that allows children to push their personal boundaries and limitations.
Employing staff who are passionate about children and are loving and empathetic role models to the children in their care.
Encouraging parent involvement, supporting and guiding wherever possible.
Educating parents and families about the importance of the foundation stages of learning and the role they can play in their child’s learning journey.

The vision of Creative Academy is to change the face of preschool. Our goal is to:

Make members of the community understand the importance of the foundation phase sector and all the possibilities it carries.
Graduate children who are emotionally mature and holistically ready to face the next step in their learning journey.
Change the perception that preschool is a place to leave children to be looked after when parents go to work.
Create the understanding that preschool children are blank canvases; the effort that is put into moulding them during their early childhood phase of development is crucial in setting the tone for the rest of their lives.
Prove that learning does not have to take place at a desk in a structured environment but rather in a natural, relaxed setting with reasonable boundaries.
