Should the rain disrupt the day, we will make a call to reschedule the day depending on how many holes the players have reached when or if the rain comes. Cancellation Policy

Due to the forward planning of this event, no refunds will be given for a team/individual that has booked and paid. Players must organise replacement players to avoid a cancellation.
