Administrator

I’ve had the privilege of serving both as a teacher and now as an administrator at our school. My heart for children remains the same: connection comes first. A child must feel seen, safe, and valued before true learning can happen. If a child can’t learn the way we teach, we must teach the way they learn. That belief guides me daily—whether greeting families, supporting behind the scenes, or simply offering a smile, I know every interaction matters. My faith is at the heart of all I do. I believe each child is uniquely created by God and entrusted to us for a reason. It’s an honor to play even a small role in their journey, serving with love, grace, and care.

Chef

I have the joy of filling little tummies and seeing children enjoy every meal I prepare. Watching picky eaters become the biggest fans is incredibly rewarding. Cooking for children isn’t about fancy ingredients—sometimes just water, salt, and a sprinkle of love is enough to make a meal memorable. Anyone can cook, but it takes a special heart to create food that children love and come back for seconds. I love what I do and i am forever grateful to this amazing school. As a wise woman once said: If you love what you do, you never work a day in your life.

General Assistant

When cooking for preschool children, my philosophy is to balance nutrition, fun, and kid-friendly flavors. I use wholesome ingredients to create meals that are healthy, delicious, and help build lifelong eating habits. Cooking also teaches important life skills like patience, problem-solving, and creativity. I ensure all meals are safe, inclusive, and visually appealing, offering a variety of flavors and textures to spark curiosity and appreciation for different foods. Every meal I prepare is a step towards a healthier future for the children in my care.

My job as a 12–18-month teacher is filled with giggles, first steps, and exciting milestones. At this magical age, everything is new, and it’s a joy to nurture their curiosity—whether stacking blocks, singing songs, or exploring with paint. Building trust and connection is at the heart of what I do. Even without words, their smiles and hugs say it all. I strive to create a safe, loving space where children feel free to explore, grow, and gain confidence. These early years lay the foundation for a lifetime of learning, and it’s an honor to be part of that journey. Teaching them isn’t just my job—it’s my purpose.

in my 23-year journey of working with preschool children, one truth has always remained: children thrive in a safe, loving environment. With a caring teacher who feels like a second mom, they naturally want to learn and explore. My goal is to make the classroom feel like a second home—a place where children can grow, discover, and build friendships with the support of teachers they trust. I believe in learning through fun, exploration, and experience, while honoring each child’s unique personality. Together, we become a family that learns patience, values, and respect—lessons children carry with them into their next journey.

I believe a good teacher has faith in the future. Like a planter nurturing an oak seedling, I may never see the full results of my work, but I know I am shaping tomorrow. To do this, we must respect and value each child, recognizing their unique needs and interests, and provide a safe, engaging classroom that supports holistic development. I love working with children because of their wonder and potential. With the right tools and support, they can achieve amazing things, and I bring that same excitement and curiosity into my classroom every day.
