Standard Hole Sponsor R 1 500

It is acceptable for all hole sponsors to provide food and drink to the players visiting their hole, as well as disributing any marketing material in the form of business cards, flyers and promotional material etc. There is no limit on what you can do at your hole; make it fun and interactive!

Prizes for prize giving and goodie bags

All golfers receive a goodie bag at registration as well as a prize at the prize giving at the end of the day. We are inviting businesses and individuals to sponsor team and individual prizes, as well as goodie bag items which can range from anything such as but not limited to:

  • Bottles of wine
  • T-shirts
  • Caps
  • Pens
  • Keyrings
  • Notebooks
  • Golf Tee’s /Balls
  • Umbrellas
  • Vouchers
  • Holidays
  • Experiences
  • Monetary / Cash Prizes
Responsibilities of the hole sponsor:
  • Provide your own banners and marketing material.
  • Provide your own gazebo, table, tablecloth, and chairs.
  • Your refreshments on the day will be for your own account.
  • Cleaning up your marketing area must be done before leaving the hole.
  • It is recommended that you provide something the players can either eat or drink at your hole or a promotional item to take away with them – Make a lasting impression!
  • There will be marshals to assist you with getting your marketing materials to the hole and will assist you in transporting you for bathroom breaks.
  • Set up for your hole must be done by 08:30 as registration for the players begins at 09:00. The first tee off is 11:00. The course is open from 07:30 for set up.
  • Please prepare for the weather on the day. Hole sponsors may not pack up their holes before 17:00 unless there is a severe change in the weather, which we will only know on the day.
  • To secure your hole, invoices must be paid in full prior to the event via EFT – NO cash payment on the day will be accepted.
  • Once this booking form is complete an invoice will be generated with all the necessary banking details for payment.

How do i benefit ?

All busineses and individuals who come on board either though participation on the day or prize / goodie bag sponsorships will receive free marketing on the Creative Academy social network platforms, as well as in the Alberton Record post event. On the evening there will be a slide show presentation of all sponsors, where the golfers and their guests will get the opportunity to see who helped make the day a success - Please attach your business logo or marketing pamphlet below.
