Café Operations Manager
Tash has been in the hospitality industry since she was 16. "It is one of the most diverse industries that offers great reward and new challenges daily. There is never a dull moment when in a management role" Food is a passion for Tash which started when she was very young. When combining this passion with the thrill she gets from working in the industry, it is a recipe for success. We are thrilled to have Tash as part of our team and know that she is going to take our Cafè to new heights.
Toddy Ndlovu
Barista
Let us introduce you to the master of Coffee. Toddy is our friendly Barista who is passionate about his Brew, striving to always serve you with the perfect cup. Toddy’s role also includes, creating the perfect blend in flavours of our smoothies, milkshakes and freezo’s. “In the 8 years of my Barista experience, I have been lucky enough to be a part of a variety of experiences that have developed my skills in the industry. I am excited for this new chapter, and I look forward to sharing my knowledge with our new patrons.” We are looking forward to you meeting the one person who will always serve you a cup of happiness.
Chantel Teixeira
Chef
Chantel has always been drawn to the kitchen and pursued her passion with food and culinary arts by completing her studies at Capsicum Culinary Studio. Chantel is a qualified all-round chef, however her passion lies in pastries, plating beautiful food and showcasing her skills and creativity in her meal preparation. “The restaurant industry is challenging to work in, as people often underestimate the amount of work involved, however, as they say, "you don't work a day in your life if you love your job.” We are excited to have Chantel’s expertise in our kitchen where she is constantly exploring new flavours and techniques, learning something new every day, and finding ways to be creative.
Andrew Sibanda

Meet the man who assists in creating the delicious flavours that come out of our kitchen. Andrew started working as a chef from a young age in 2008, and has been in the kitchen ever since. “These experiences have helped shape my chef skills, and I am eager to continue learning and growing in the future.” We are thrilled to have Andrew as part of our team and trust you will enjoy his meals as much as we do.
Dineo Konstable
Assistant Chef and Waitress
Dineo is a dedicated member of our kitchen team, bringing her passion for both cooking and baking since joining in 2024. With excellent multitasking skills, she thrives in the busy kitchen environment while ensuring every dish is prepared with care and precision. A quiet and introverted person by nature, Dineo enjoys spending her free time reading and cherishing moments with her family. She is currently furthering her education in computers and educare, showing her commitment to personal and professional growth. Dineo lives by the motto: "Never give up."
Nicole Mann
Front of House and Head Waitress
Nicole brings a rich and diverse background to our team, with experience in child care, teaching, assistant management in carpet manufacturing, and waitressing. Her varied career path reflects her adaptability and strong work ethic. A lover of fashion through the ages, Nicole’s passion for style remains a vibrant part of her life today. In her free time, she enjoys reading, sewing, and spending quality time with her family. Nicole is guided by her favorite verse: "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."
